Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all bookings of the Villa Luna apartments, Planikovica V 1, 21223 Okrug Gornji, Croatia ("Villa Luna").

2. Booking and contract

Bookings are made via the website, by e-mail or by phone. The contract is concluded only upon our written booking confirmation (e-mail). A booking enquiry is non-binding.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include the tourist tax. Payment is possible by bank transfer or — once activated — by card with a deposit of 30% of the total price; the balance is due on arrival. For bank transfers we send the bank details together with the booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation

• up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
• 29–15 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit
• from 14 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit
• no-show: one night is charged

5. Arrival and departure

Check-in: 2 p.m.–10 p.m. (later arrival by prior arrangement). Check-out: by 10 a.m.

6. Pets

Pets only on request and after prior confirmation.

7. House rules

The house rules (quiet hours 10 p.m.–8 a.m., pool rules, no smoking inside the apartments) form part of the contract.

8. Liability

We accept no liability for guests' valuables or for cases of force majeure. Guests are liable for damage they cause; please report any damage immediately.

9. Applicable law

Croatian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Split.
